PRICE – Willem (Bill) Vande Sluis was born in Oosterbeek, Netherlands, Sept. 27, 1943. His family emigrated to the Salt Lake Valley in 1955. He passed away peacefully in Price May 10, 2023.

He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Vande Sluis; children, Timothy (Whitney) Vande Sluis, Miriam Riding, and Michael (Samantha) Vande Sluis; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara Vande Sluis; stillborn daughter, Rachael Vande Sluis; parents, Piet Vande Sluis and Jansje (Witkamp) Vande Sluis; sister, Stephanina (Vande Sluis) Vigil; and son-in-law, Donald Riding.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 20, at 10 a.m., in the Price 5th ward, 449 North 100 East in Price,) where the family will receive friends beginning at 9 a.m.
