Funeral services for Donald C. Jacobson took place Saturday, April 1, in the Magleby Mortuary chapel, with Kyle Jacobson (son) conducting.

A family prayer was shared by Machele Gregory (daughter) and the invocation was given by Kameron Shaw (granddaughter).

Prelude/postlude music was by Audriana Lathrop (granddaughter). The organist was Shelly Hawley, with chorister Kristy Kasper (granddaughter).

Musical selections included congregational hymns of “There is a Green Hill Far Away” and “The Lord Is My Shepherd,” verses 1 &2.

A life sketch was given by Larry Orr (son-in-law). A spiritual thought was given by Gary Gregory (son-in-law). Memories of Dad were given by Ann Orr and Machele Gregory (daughters), and Thoughts from Nordeen Blau were read by Cindy Peterson (niece).

Closing remarks were provided by Kyle Jacobson (son) and the benediction was offered by Jens Jacobson (grandson).

Pallbearers included grandsons, Craig Jacobson, Jens Jacobson, Scot Gregory, Bryce Gregory, Dane Gregory, Spencer Orr, Ryan Orr and Peter Orr.

Casket escorts included great-grandchildren.

Interment was in the Richfield City Cemetery with military honors accorded by V.F.W. Sevier Post #5050 and Utah Honor Guard.

The dedicatory prayer was provided by Scot Gregory (grandson).
