Funeral services for Dorothy Ann Dastrup Ence took place Monday, March 20, in the Richfield 15th ward chapel, with Drake Mason (grandson) conducting.
A family prayer was shared by Mika Mason (grandson) and the invocation was given by Terrall Dunn (brother-in-law).
The organist was Rosalee Riddle with chorister Shakari Mason (granddaughter).
Musical selections included congregational hymns of “Because I Have Been Given Much” and “God Be With You Till We Meet Again.” Also, the great-grandchildren sang “Families Can Be Together Forever.”
A life sketch was given by Cinda Mason (daughter) and tributes were given by DJ, Megan, Drake, Karolann, and Mika (grandchildren); Lisa Ence (daughter-in-law); and Debbie Dunn (sister-in-law). Remarks were given by Bishop Russell Cowley
Closing remarks were provided by Drake Mason and the benediction was offered by Jordan Jones (grandson).
Pallbearers included grandsons, DJ Ence, Coby Eyre, Drake Mason, Mika Mason, and Jordan Jones; great-grandsons, Jake Eyre and Reagan Jones; and brother-in-law, Terral Dunn
Honorary pallbearers included brother, David Dastrup; great-grandsons, Jimmer Jones, Drezden Mason, Brooks Jones, Lane Jones, Race Ence (deceased), Oaks Ence, Jax Eyre, and Jett Eyre; and great-nephew, Donny Malles.
Casket escorts included great-granddaughters, Bentlee Ence, Emery Ence, Ellsie Ence, Jayzlee Eyre, Taizlee Mason, and Haven Jones.
Interment was in the Richfield City Cemetery.
The dedicatory prayer was provided by Darren Ence (son).
Compassionate services were provided by the Richfield LDS 15th ward Relief Society.
