Mildred Yvonne Swindle Bastian of Colorado Springs, Colorado; formerly of Richfield, Utah, returned home to Heavenly Father March 6th, 2023.

She left this life as she lived it; quietly and with grace, surrounded by her loving family in the comfort of her home. What a joy to be united with her husband Max, sons Rock and Kelly and grandsons Kyle and Lane, as well as so many other loved ones that preceded her in Heaven.

Yvonne was a loving and supportive wife to Max for 65 years. Cherished mother to Kelly (deceased), Toni (Paul), Rock (deceased), Melanie, Kimberlee, Yvette (Orson), Anecia (Beau) and Robyn.

Yvonne was born Nov. 10, 1930, to Charles Emil Swindle and Hazel Robinson in Monroe. She was the 7th of 10 children, the last passing at birth.

She is preceded in death by all but one of her siblings; Keith (Irene), both deceased: Max (Cleva), both deceased: Emil (Sharon), both deceased; Rae (Hod), both deceased; LaVee (Hal), both deceased; Maureen (Roy), both deceased; John (deceased) (Sharon); Shirley (Stan-deceased). She will be missed by her sweet sister Shirley who resides in Holiday.

Yvonne and Max have left a legacy of 24 grandchildren and 54 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 17, at the LDS Church at 4955 Meadowland Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80918, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. The service is from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Interment will be at 1 p.m. Interment will be at the Bastain Family Cemetery, 10240 South Perry Park Rd., Larkspur, CO.
