The 7th and 8th grade North Sevier football teams have been putting in the hours of practices after school lately.
Classic Air Medical has been putting in some overtime hours lately as they have been generous enough to visit local high school events to deliver the game ball right before the game starts.These medical professionals travel from air bases in Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico, transporting patients nationwide and even globally available 24/7 365 days a year.With 20 plus airbases in 8 states in the U.S., 40 plus plains and helicopters, and 20 plus ground ambulances, these trained professionals are here to serve with lightning quick response and expertise.Recently, football fans were able to see this first hand as the medical helicopter flew into the stadium and landed perfectly on the 50 yard line at Richfield High School’s big Homecoming game on September 13.Local high school baseball and even volleyball teams and fans have been the recipients of the generosity of a game ball presented by Classic Air Medical as of late as well.
On Monday, September 16 the Snow College athletics department debuted the 2024-25 cross country and wrestling teams that are based on the Richfield campus.“We are happy to announce that we have 84 athletes on the Richfield campus this year,” said Kevin Arrington, assistant athletics director.

The Richfield High Schools boys golf team continues to impress as they roll to another region match victory.In their most recent match, RHS won overall with a combined score of 307 strokes for the 18 holes played.
The South Sevier High School boys golf team continues to tear up the golf course as they cruise to another region win in Cedar City on September 11.The Rams pulled away early as they put up an overall score of 329 shots to score first place ahead of Beaver and Parowan- 346, Kanab - 350, Millard - 370, and Enterprise - 384.Team leaders for the match include Keegan Johnson who shot a 79, Kyson Brown - 80, Gunner Sorensen - 84, Jamen Memmott - 86, Ayden Nelson - 88, Cannon Hessey and Mackson Bastian - 89, and Krew Winkel at 90.
