February 7 marked South Sevier High School’s last home game for the boy’s basketball team. Senior night as it’s been termed brought a lot of the same throughout the Ram’s successful season, another win for the home crowd.
Through the years, sports referees/officials have gotten a bad rap. When your team doesn’t win, you usually blame it on the ref. When there’s a call that goes against your beloved team, it has to be the ref’s fault. And what would a game be without fans constantly yelling or booing at the refs from the stands or the sideline?
The Richfield High School boys basketball team has worked hard this season through injury and being the underdog in some matchups to earn the 3A Region 18 title.
