The annual 4th of July tennis tournaments hosted 65 doubles teams and 58 singles players that participated for the title of the 2024 winners.

It was quite the scene outside the Sevier County fairgrounds in the early morning hours of July 4 as runners, walkers, joggers, baby stroller pushers, and on lookers lined the streets to start the annual Liberty 5K and One Mile Kids race.The temperatures were bearable, the course was flat, and the energy was high as 35 girls between the ages of 5-12 ran the one mile race with Tessa Christensen winning with a time of 6:02.8 and Lexie Decker and Kamrie Peterson rounded out the podium.44 boys between the ages of 5-12 ran the one mile race with Dean Barnett winning with a time of 5:51.4 with Marshall Jolley and Luke Christensen finishing in second and third place.
