Wolves playing their best ball

The North Sevier High School’s girls volleyball team is having one of those storybook seasons where everyone is firing on all cylinders as the wins keep piling up.The Wolves won the Sevier Valley Slam tournament held at the Sevier Valley Center on October 11 and 12 as they won 11 straight sets while not giving up even one set over 5 separate teams.The tournament final came down to North Sevier (24-1) vs Parowan (21-3).

Wildcats clobber Canyon View

The Richfield High School football team (8-0) finally beat the Canyon View Falcons (4-4) at home on October 11 in Cedar City for the first time since Canyon View’s entrance into 3A years ago.The Wildcats quietly got the win as they consistently scored in every quarter throughout the Friday night contest.
