The South Sevier High School girls tennis team secured the 2A South Region title on September 29th in Moab. The now 9-6 overall and 4-0 in Region play Rams took Region with 17 points as they beat Grand County 12, Gunnison Valley 11, Milford 10, and San Juan 0.

The Snow College Cross Country running teams started the season off strong with a second place finish for the men’s and women’s teams at the BYU Autumn Classic.
The R6 Regional Council recently held its annual volunteer banquet. The recipients of this year’s Totally Awesome Awards went to Jerry Stewart, Shania Sharp, and Lu Jean Hunt.
Richfield, UT — Statewide, schools received $111.3 million for the 2025-26 school year from the School LAND Trust Program, including nearly $901,091 for Sevier School District. Of that total, $94,745 went to Ashman Elementary.
