The citizens of Grass Valley gathered on Valentine’s Day evening for an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate their new Community Center on Friday, Feb. 14. The center was funded through the Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB), which provided a grant for construction. The project was built by Harward and Ree Construction Company and engineered by Ensign Engineering.
