Some of the best steaks cooked in the state of Utah were on display in Richfield on June 21 and 22 as the Steak Cook-off Association (SCA) brought out its finest cooks to this year’s annual Sevier Sear Quad Steak Cook-off.If anyone was around the Sevier County Fairgrounds this past weekend, they could probably smell the perfectly seasoned boneless ribeyes, breakfast, pizza, ribs, and hamburgers from miles away.In its fifth year of competitive competition in Richfield, judges and cooking teams came from all over the state of Utah, including some local Sevier County residents, as well as pros in the cook off industry from California, Arizona, Nevada, and Tennessee.Friday’s competition entries were burgers, pizza, and the coveted rib eye steaks.
