Richfield City to get a new pool
After years of plans, proposals, community input, and reworking the cost of a new Richfield City pool, Mayor Bryan Burrows, alongside city manager, Michele Jolley, parks and recreation manager, Brady Edwards, and the Richfield City council members secured funding from the Permanent Community Impact Board (CIB).“This has been a long time in the works,” said Burrows.

Once again local churches, different organizations and individuals are participating in Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child (OCC) Shoebox Program which is a ministry of providing a gift filled shoebox to be sent to more than 120 countries where a child will hear for the first time about the word of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Come visit the Snow College Richfield Campus Library and get a community library card.The library is at 800 West 200 South, Richfield, in the Washburn building, room 150.The library is available for community members in the six-county area including Snow College and higher education students, staff, and faculty.Services include checking out books, DVDs, and audio CDs; free Wi-Fi on personal devices; and quiet study areas, including three study rooms.Regular school year hours are: Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-9 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m.-3 p.m., and closed Sunday’s and holidays.
