Letter to the Editor- stolen trailer

When my husband passed away he had no life insurance, so I had funeral expenses and other bills to be paid. So I had a small sale on his cars. I knew he would not use anymore. Two men, 6 foot tall, about 35 or 40 years old, looked at the trailer. I told them it was not for sale. I called the police but they needed more information. I went back to them to get names and to see where they were from and they were driving out of my driveway with my trailer.

Marysvale News

The local Daughters of Utah Pioneers met on Feb. 10. Captain Jodie Johnson called the meeting to order. Molly Blackburn, the chaplain, gave an opening thought. Liz Jessen led the music while Jodi Johnson played the accompaniment. The pioneer history was presented by Susan Christensen. She spoke of her ancestor, Edwin Whiting, who was born in Massachusetts in 1809. His mother was baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1830. Edwin soon followed. Edwin eventually married and worked his way to Utah with the Saints.
