Helping hands resource fair in Piute, Sevier
The Central Utah Health Department (CUHD) is pleased to announce its annual Help Hands Resource Fair which will be in Piute County on Thursday, March 20 from 5-7 p.m. at Piute High School, and Sevier County on Monday, April 21 from 5-7 p.m. at the Sevier County Fairgrounds.

Marysvale News
Oscarson Elementary School student observed Dr. Seuss Week from Mar. 3 – 6. On Monday, the then was Cat in the Hat. Students wore hats to school. Tuesday was One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish. Wednesday was Fox in Socks where students could wear crazy socks to class. Finally, on Thursday, students dressed like a teacher to celebrate Seuss’s book, hooray for Diffendoofer Day!

Sons & Daughters of the Utah Pioneers Special Presentation — You are invited to the special presentation by Melanie and Roger Hoffman on Thus., March 13 at 6 p.m. at the Richfield Utah LDS Stake Center, 149 N 400 W, Richfield. The Hoffman’s have co-written and produced several musical theater series for children. The will be performing songs like like “Consider the Lilies” as well as the new hymn titled “Gethesemene”. February has been a busy month, it’s hard to find a place to start.

What’s hatching at the library?
After 21 days of incubation, the first chicks at the Richfield Carnegie Library have hatched. This experience, part of the many immersive experiences the Library is working hard to create, allows patrons to watch the hatching process and learn about the chicks.

Rep. Albrecht week 6 report
We officially have one week remaining in the 2025 General Legislative Session. I walked into the Session with ten bills and seven have already made it through the process to the Governor’s desk. We’re working hard to get my final bills over the finish line. I’m looking forward to working with my colleagues to finish this final sprint to pass bills that better District 70, Rural Utah and the state as a whole.
