In recognition of his dedication and service to customers and their communities, Rusty Riddle of Richfield received an Excellence Award from Zions Bank at an employee dinner on Aug. 24. The Excellence Award is the bank’s premier merit award given annually to a handful of employees.
Riddle is a senior vice president and commercial banking relationship manager based in Richfield. Since joining Zions Bank in 2005, Riddle has earned great respect both within the bank and with his clients.
“Rusty is the go-to source in the Richfield market and is known as someone who is knowledgeable, who is great with people and who will always take the time to help,” said Steve Brough, Zions Bank executive vice president and commercial banking director. “He has earned the respect of his clients by maintaining deep, lasting and trusted relationships.”
Outside of work, Riddle also shows great care for those with whom he comes into contact. Last December, Zions Bank’s Office of the President received a letter from a passenger who sat next to Riddle on a return flight to Las Vegas and was impacted by the kindness, love and empathy Riddle showed them.
“Rusty exemplifies what it is to demonstrate excellence in all aspects of his life and is a tremendous employee and ambassador for Zions Bank,” Brough said.
