Oscarson Elementary School announced the Top Dog for the final week in October. It goes to Berkley Randall, daughter of Clint and McKell Randall. Berkley is in the third grade, and she is a very hard worker. She finishes her work on time and stays focused. Math comes easy for her, and she is excelling in her times tables.
