Oscarson Elementary students traveled to Beck Family Farm on Oct. 16 for a fall fieldtrip. They learned about different types of pumpkins including black cat, porcelain princess, and popcorn, just to name a few. The Beck farm has 340 acres where they grow pumpkins, winter squash, and alfalfa. In addition to choosing a pumpkin to take home, the students were treated to a petting zoo.
