MONROE — Rosalie Irene Jackson passed away in Richfield April 15, 2023, surrounded by her family after a lengthy battle with COPD. She was born July 3, 1943, to Anthony and Rose Pitochelli in Los Angeles, California. Rosie retired from Checker Automotive after 20+ years of service.
She married her best friend, and soulmate Lee Jackson, Sept. 23, 2006, where he welcomed 4 daughters, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren into his life. Rosie loved working in her gardens, riding motorcycles with Lee, and together they built a loving and caring home for their family in Monroe. We will miss her smile, her wit, her hugs, her generous spirit and unconditional love.
She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Loertscher, Diana (Rick) Springer, Laurie (Pam) Miller, and Sherry (Brian) Anderson; son-in-law, Dan McConkey; sister, Pat (Girard) Cohen; and brother, Jarit (Kathy) Pitochelli.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and brother.
The family of Rosalie Jackson would like to extend their sincere appreciation to all the nurses, doctors and staff of Sevier Valley Hospital that took such exceptional care of our mother.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 20, at 10 a.m. in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel, 50 S 100 W, Richfield. Interment will be in Monroe Cemetery, 625 N 300 E, Monroe.
Celebration of Life will be held at the family residence located at 1040 North 100 East, Monroe, Utah, immediately following the graveside service. Lunch will be provided.
