Donald Trump promised to eliminate the debt during his campaign. Trump’s budgets are adding $5.088 trillion to the debt in his first term. That’s a 30 percent increase from the end of Obama’s last budget. If re-elected, Trump plans to add $9.1 trillion more.

In December 2019, Trump was impeached on obstruction of justice and abuse of power. On Jan. 2, 2020, Trump ordered the assassination of a Maj. General in the Iranian military in a sovereign nation without consulting Congress, although Eric Trump tweeted it was coming two days before it happened. Iran never invaded the USA. The USA was not at war with Iran. This is an act of war by the USA. Just what we need, when we have alienated most of our allies around the world.

Why are people still supporting this president? I know…because your stock portfolio is doing so well. Riiight. As if 95 percent of Trump supporters own stocks.

Infrastructure is in disrepair, 60 percent of America’s bridges are rated D for structural stability. Republicans keep taking away Obamacare without any kind of replacement for millions of Americans. The minimum wage has been $7.25 since 1996.

Trump’s huge budgets keep cutting hundreds of billions from Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. This is bad policy for the majority of Americans.

It’s time for Americans to start PAYING ATTENTION to current events. Stop believing propaganda without checking various reputable sources for accuracy and facts. This is how you keep your Democracy, if you care. But maybe your kids will like fascism.

Those who think they can remain both ignorant and free want what never was and never will be. — Thomas Jefferson
