SALINA – The North Sevier recreation program is teaming up with Cove View Golf Course and the Utah Professional Golfers Association to offer a junior golf camp for boys and girls ages six years of age and older. Registration fees are $50 per child and will remain open through Monday, June 3. Registration can be completed online at salinacity.org or from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., at the North Sevier Community Center, located at 373 West 400 North in Salina. 

Registration fees include a NS junior golf shirt; golf instruction at the Salina City Park from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesdays, June 5, 12, 19 and 26; participation in the PGA kids golf club giveaway at 6 p.m., Thursday, June 13, which will be followed by a golf etiquette class; season passes for $100 or $3 green fees for those who pass the etiquette class; and participation in a golf camp July 16 to 18 at Cove View Golf Course in Richfield. 

Cove View Golf Course has clubs to rent, borrow or participants can bring their own clubs.
