SALINA – Registration for the North Sevier recreational tackle football season is underway and will remain open through Friday, June 14. Registration can be completed online at or at the North Sevier Community Center, located at 373 West 400 North in Salina, from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. 

The divisions will split into sixth, seventh and eighth grade teams. Fifth grade students will be added as needed to fill the sixth grade team on a first come, first served basis. Registration fees will be $80 per player – payable to North Sevier Recreation. Practices will begin late July with the first games in August and will run through October.

Football camp for students from kindergarten through eighth grades is slated for July 9 through 11, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Registration fees for the football camp will be $20 per player – payable to North Sevier High School football. Participants should bring cleats and water. The camp will be held on the football field at NSHS and will be hosted by Devin Lindley, NSHS head football coach, as well as his staff and players.
