Maintenance Superintendent
Bronco Utah Operations

Bronco Utah Operations, LLC, an underground
mine located near the town of Emery, Utah,
is currently seeking experienced Maintenance
Superintendent that can design practical
modifications to operational mining, surface and
electrical equipment to achieve improvements
in equipment availabilities while decreasing
operating cost.
This individual will monitor maintenance
programs, evaluate their effectiveness in a
systematic manner, make modifications to
maintenance procedures to improve safety and
production, direct special project work including
coal quality and supervise Maintenance
Supervisors. Must have the ability to interact
with supervisors, managers and team members
to efficiently produce coal in a safe and
compliant manner to achieve zero injuries.


Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years
Mechanic and Electrical experience maintaining
underground mining and diesel equipment.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Must possess MSHA underground and surface
Electrical (L, M, H) certification.
• Utah Mine Foreman and Fireboss Papers.
• Industrial Diesel Experience.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
