Full-Time Board Certified

- Behavior Analyst -

This position will work in schools in the Tintic, Juab,
North Sanpete, South Sanpete, Sevier, Piute, and
Wayne School Districts to coordinate services.


• Current BCBA certification
• 1-2 years experience providing direct services as
a Behavior Technician
• Demonstrates knowledge of educational systems
• Excellent clinical skills in assessment and
intervention planning
• High level of proficiency in work performance
• Demonstrates positive relationship skills in
functioning cooperatively and productively
as a team member with demonstrated skill
in communication, problem-solving, and
collaborative decision-making


• Maintain appropriate training and oversight
of crisis management and emergency safety
interventions (SafetyCare) for district school teams
• Professional development for Autism, behavior
disorders, and behavior planning to meet rising
needs surrounding Autism and aggressive behaviors
• Provide technical assistance in applied behavior
analysis and behavioral assessment/planning
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators,
and parents
• Interpret and analyze student academic and
behavioral data
• Provide written assessment reports including
recommendations in a timely manner
• Provide assistance in developing positive behavioral
intervention strategies
• Developing behavior intervention plans
• Compile and analyze data regarding behavior and
mental health needs for the CUES Region and its
• Provide consultation service with school personnel
and parents to help meet the educational needs of
• Attend training related to the needs of each district
• Assist with professional development and training
• Design and supervise behavior analytic interventions

Salary and Benefits:

• $52,000
• 190 - day contract
